KC, My scenario is not illegal. Remember that management holds the majority of shares. Thus, it is THEIR company, not your's. Did you see anyone call for a shareholder vote on any insider compensation plan?? Have their been any financials filed for this company as promised weeks ago in order that you know the current O/S shares and the number of shares recently issued?? You may be completely correct and the squeeze is on its way... (RMIL made it to $4 before the slide to $1 and the SEC halt.) However, I will stand on the sidelines and wait for an opportunity to daytrade the stock. I imagine you'll be mortgaging the house and backing up the truck for a load of AZNT now. Good luck!!!
