Ken- renaming virtual subdirectories is a user "trick" not a QP feature- it can be done in Virtual module or in Windows Explorer just by using the rename feature. I done it only once- most of my scans are from stocks> $10 and vol>250k-- thus I have about 1000 stocks in 4 subdirectories for WOW- pretty easy to find. My nightly scans are much smaller and I use about 200 stocks for many of my scans. If I want to see another stock out of this list( about 9000 +) I go to Advanced Get which merges the MS files anyway thus eliminating multiple directories.

The reason I maintain all is that advanced GET reads the 11,000 files as one large file. Since I use GET about 70% of time, it allows me instant access by just typing symbol. Something all charting programs should provide freely.
