I don't think Clinton has a sexual dysfunction. We don't know the circumstances of his marriage. If Hillary has cut him off for years and has no interest, what is a man to do? I hear of a lot more woman saying they don't need sex than men. Some women just lose all interest in it. If you are married to one, I would figure you would be looking elsewhere after a reasonable waiting period. In Europe, they understand this kind of thing. A mistress is exceptable. There is a good reason often to have the stability of a companion and friend in your wife and find sexual entertainment elsewhere. In Puritanical America, this is supposed to be shocking even though it is done without admitting it in large numbers.
