Clinton was rejected by the majority of voters in 1992 and 1996. He is our only two-term minority president. We now know that he attained office in 1992 by defaming Gennifer Flowers as a liar. He would never have gotten the nomination then had we known the truth. Nixon was elected by 60% and 49 states in the second biggest landslide in US history. Should that have immunized him against removal?
