Ancil: Have to agree with the dollar/share price issue as it's true IMO.

If we take this back to the start and put a number on the shares with a cash value,
bring it forward at each move and expansion of the shares to the value it
would bring us to todays value. IMO, that should not be .09 cents per share.
Yet if you take the cost of the projects of lot's and lot's of claims from
one source who keeps asking for more and more shares it's going to take the
price lower.

If I remember back some time ago there was a rumor started that said the party
would not be selling the shares into the market. hmmmm how do we know that? Also
if we look back the projected cost of the project was in the 24 to $25 million. Who
put that value on the claims???? Was it the one selling the claims? If so were they
valued at that cost? I think now is the time to find out not 6 months from now. Also
was there any type of commission paid to anyone who front run the deal and put it
together? if so was it 10% or .08% and how were they paid? in stock or in cash
from the sale of stock? The cost to feed the big game is IMO, about 40 to
$50,000 a month and that would set the stage for 500,000 to 1,000,000 shares
every two months or so. If they find not! on the project but average grade ore
and there is no hope for a major this will be at 80 to 90,000,000 shares in the next
few months. That may put the value at .05 cents a share and you will have your requested
tax loss of $3600.00 for 1998.
