Charters is a loose cannon. He thinks and utters(spoke or writ) in a heartbeat with no thought. Like tickle a grasshopper and away he flies, end over end into the high grass, that's Eric.

If he was forced to write a post, and then wait for 5 minutes he would be far better off.
