Nevertheless, it is not up to the defendent in a court case to decide whether the judge is "bad", and therefore whether it is okay for him/her to lie under oath. Wake up to reality, dc. Our entire Justice system would collapse if defendents were freely permitted to lie under oath.

Oh, and if judge Susan W-W is a bad judge, then I presume you are skeptical of her decision to grant summary judgment to the defendent in the PJ/WJC civil suit? What say you to that, knave?
