Ish, Starr was appointed to investigate WhiteWater over 4 years ago. It is just that he doggedly persues any new story he can,and continues to expand like a balloon filled with helium his persuit of Clinton. Well, Clinton is a fool too,I cannot believe that someone is as dumb as him. Either that or he is a sexual addict,and when pressure gets to him,he humps anything,including Barney dolls. But the point is,he who is without sin,and bias,let him cast the first stone. If that were the case,there would be no stone throwing in Washington for many decades. Hiram
