Hypothetically speaking if someone who liked to be oiled down by little boys, was into gerbiling, or had a fetish for simian companionship..... ..... were to bring forth a scenario where insiders could convert their 50+ million shares of 144 restricted stock for preferred stock that could be converted into unrestricted common stock after an undisclosed time period or ratio, I would have to pay attention to him. I may not like his personal preferences or habits, but I would have to analysis the possibility of his scenario and see if I can shoot holes into it. Failing that, I would pressure management to include such language in a filing or news release, or threaten to sell my shares and make them all poorer. I mean, if they're not willing to look out for shareholders, what loyalty do you feel towards them?? Sorry if I don't find your scenario attrocious.. but being a married man, none of this applies to me... <vbg> But I can see why you're probably pushing for President Clinton to immediately resign.
