To Frank: Many thanks. Even though I am just a learner here - your explanation is clear, helpful and your analysis of what is really important seems sensible to me. Much appreciate your taking the time. Also good to hear that Ciena is in the running OK. Now with Tellabs seasoned leadership, resources and telecom reputation for quality and delivering as promised, seems like Ciena has made a wise choice to go with Tellabs and vice versa, no? Chaz
