Oh come on Ish you know how the political machine operates. First of all, nobody knew what was in the Starr report, and Im sure people were expecting some real corruption and less lurid sexual details, in any case there was no way anybody could have said NOT to release it and survive. Still, Starr exercised very bad taste in the content of the report as well as the obvious leaks that came out of the IC.
