KC, Au Contraire... I have not insinuated ANYTHING. I have merely provided a potential scenario revolving an area that management has failed to discuss. Do you really expect insiders to rescind stock currently worth $100 million without considerably favorable terms?? Would you?? I know Bmart wouldn't since he thinks its OK for the CEO's father to receive a million shares for $10,000 worth of consulting work. Shares that are now worth approx $2 million. I'm not insinuating anything. You are the one who stated that my scenario would be illegal. I challenged you to prove me wrong and you can't.
