Hmmm.. Perjury, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and lying under oath... These charges are not petty.

Yes, I admit that Clinton will be found guilty of a petty felony, or two. A "misdemeanor" by its definition is petty. So yes, I believe that the founding fathers meant petty when they clearly stated a president is subject to impeachment for misdemeanors.
