David, I had answered these repetitive questions, just not directed back to you. GG is not worth responding to, he resorts to personal attacks. Not an adult investor. A serious investor does not refer to someone with whom he disagrees as a "psycho." If I want to debate a child I'll go down to a playground. I had stated that it was my opinion that it was possible that there was some fraud involved, and that the BUY-OUT was a scam -- I am not alone in this concern. All I heard was "it wasn't" without any substantiation. I have since changed my position on this, due to SS's research and personal experience. I do believe at least that CMI is legit and was forthright in their offer. Because of the way CMI was dealt with, I do not believe any other offers from other firms will be forthcoming in the near future. Shoppers will look elsewhere. It is IDCN's business practice during this stage that concerns me. A person's word or handshake means a lot to me. You don't say "yes" to someone to stall for time, then trump-up a false shareholder vote when you are the controlling stockholder, and then say "no." This is totally unfair to those who bought at .09 - .10 - on the "yes" news, before the stock tanked. SS is the only person with experience with these folks, and is the most knowledgeable person on this board. Because she is being objective and not argumentative, I weigh what she says with a lot of merit. IDCN is at a critical turning point now -- ALL depends on the testing, if negative, all of this chatter won't matter. When I return on Wednesday (going on a business trip which requires 100% of my attention) I'll center myself on SS's every word and pass over most other posts. Placing a limit order before I leave. Never fly away without leaving a parachute behind. PS - I do not have something "up my sleeve." I hope you and SS are right about IDCN -- just not so sure myself. Stock could very well tank further. You have my promise that if and when this happens over the next couple of weeks I won't be on the attack, saying "I told you so ".... by then it's too late for all of us anyway.
