Soup, a few days ago, you reported,

So I extolled the virtues of my employer Tekserve and assured him that we could definitely fix whatever was wrong.

Tee, hee, soup, you are now a "go-getting salesman!"

businessweek.com

A reader in Hawaii said Apple was quite decent when her monitor failed after six years, undercharging her for a new one because a part needed to repair the old one had gone out of production. And a go-getting salesman from a Mac-only repair shop in Manhattan cold-called me to see if he could get the job. I told him it was too late this time around, but I admired his effort. So if disaster strikes the new machine, he'll be the first to know.
