Cellphone Spec sheets- ULBI and Valence each have recently released spec sheets. The Valence specs were titled "preliminary" and may therefore represent test data for an earlier version.

The Valence Battery appears to hold 5.32/2.96 or 1.8 times the energy and 1.2 times as much energy per unit weight.

Some "intelligent" comments from a Yahoo naysayer.

We are warned that this "insider buying " most probably is another scheme to confuse investors.

<<Wannabe, don't expect any positive news coming from VLNC. This company is run by a group of craps and this "insider buying " most probably is another scheme to confuse investors. I do not think anybody in sane mind with true information in this company is going to buy any more stocks. If they bought some expecting positive news release, it will be a true insider trading, and SEC will be fine them or imprison them.>>

I understand Bloomberg reports that the 247k shares was purchased by Carl Berg. Naysayers may argue he is just setting himself up for a tax loss! His 247k shares were bought from Aug 27 to Aug 31. Could he have purchased more since?

Also, what if other insiders have been buying? I would be especially interested in evidence that conservative Dave Archibald has also purchased shares for himself. If so, I would consider that alone a strong positive. If Lev has also bought shares with his own money, what better indicator could we have from those with true knowledge of the company's situation?

Remember we have been warned that the naysayer does not think "...anybody in sane mind with true information in this company is going to buy any more stocks."
