Paula Jones, cabinet members, we who listened to them speak --- all are victims, I suppose, of Bill's excesses. Hillary as well. And Chelsea.
And yes he lied (I'd guess) in a civil case (or two?). But when did you ever hear of someone being prosecuted for lying in a civil case? Asked two lawyer friends and they said "never."
Now take it a step further and nullify a national election because he lied to cover his shabby behavior .... I just don't see it. Too much punishment for too little crime.

As for George Will as 'preserving the Rule of Law" Ha! ... I was a journalist for national media for a number of years and Will's rep for integrity -- beginning with his then secret flack work for Ronnie and Nancy -- is extremely low. Many see him as a lifelong pr guy for factions within the Republican Party. Trust him on baseball, not politics.
