Attention Cartel Members!

You are sheep being led to slaughter. Certain of your founders are in
the employ of stock promoters. The "big short position" is a rouse. The
stock promoters want you to pull your shares out of the market so they
can dump theirs. So far, Mike Zapara has sold off 200,000 shares and put
nearly $500,000 in his pocket at your expense. You can call him directly
and confirm. Phone number is 760-773-9227."
-----------------------------------------------
Recall that Dempsey Mork offered to settle his civil suit against RMIL for 200K shares,
not the 100K shares he claims he is short RMIL on account of Mr. Zapara failing to
deliver the shares. Also recall Mr. R. Baker informed us that he was shorting OVIS out
of an account on behalf of Mr. Mork.

FWD Message: Subject: INTERSTING ITEM!

Riley,
Guess what? We heard some real interesting stories that has been
happening in the TA office......
1. Dempsey Mork is very well known in the old TA office.
2. Dempsey Mork has been seen in the old TA office on more than one
occasion and he was seen leaving the office VERY UPSET!
3. Somebody in the TA office, a high ranking officer, is very upset with
the whole situation about OVIS. The same person hates Gary Morgan very
much. (Could it be that this person is short also? hmmmm!) This person
is Dempsey Mork's friend.
4. Somebody was told to handtype the certificates instead of printing
them. (VERY INTERESTING). No wonder it takes forever for the last
certificate to be typed processed. I guess if an officer of the old TA
office is short, then he/she would try to slow down the process also.
5. THE NEW TA, American Stock Transfer, IS A VERY PROMINENT
TRANSFER
AGENT. They are like the MSFT, INTEL, in their business. No one can slow
down the process now for the new TA is not siding with anybody and will
not put up with any BS from a Market Maker. They are a well known and
very prominent TRANSFER AGENT. Almost all the brokers I have asked knows
the company in comparison to the old TA, where not everybody knows them
or even heard their name."-----
---------------------------------------
GIFS & OVIS used the same TA; The SEC attorney handling the OVIS investigation
also handled the GIFS investigation;

Recall the poster'Micky', a past contributor to the RMIL board, posted that shorts win
"bigtime" if the stock is halted;
exchange2000.com
....." they will win, some bigtime if a company is halted, so they don't have to cover. It's
just business, same as trading, etc."...... -------------------------------------
The question that begs to be answered is, are the individuals bashing RMIL short
RMIL? Were they short GIFS ? It is illegal for "individuals" to short BB stocks , if they
are/were not short RMIL or GIFS, who was/is?
exchange2000.com
"....And how would you be able to break every one of us? Even more curious...."
--------------------------
And one can see the kind of reaction inquiries into the 144's were yeilding from faces
familiar on the RMIL thread;
exchange2000.com
-----"And I have NO compassion for *whiners* who expect sympathy from me
merely because they made a "shady" business transaction and are afraid
to pursue their claims, if legitimate, through the legal process."---
-------------------------------------------
Of relevance to RMIL shareholders are if any of the suspicious ongoings at that
particular TA is relevant to a long position in RMIL, and the seemingly endless bashing
of RMIL by individuals who were active in the GIFS fiasco. Is there a legitimate reason,
outside of a short position to protect, that warrants the time and energy devoted to
RMIL?

Big Brother,

Does this mean that I need to start addressing Bill Carraway of GRNO as "Mr.
Carraway"?? Is there an established protocol for management/shareholder interaction.
Am I guilty of fraternization because I had a drink with Mr. Carraway when I last visited
him in Charleston??

Would I be guilty if I had a non-business conversation with Mohammed Zayed of
GIFS?? Could I say hello if I happened to meet him in a restaurant by chance??

I will agree that GIFS seems to make individuals aware of impending news and that is
playing a somewhat dangerous game. However, discouraging contact between
managment and individuals holding large quantities of shares is unreasonable and not
likely to happen. Institutional investors who pay visits to the companies in their portfolios
expect to be made aware of what day to day operations are looking like. If Jeff position
is as large as he claims, he certainly deserves special treatment.

Day to Day operations do not normally affect the stock price. Insider information is
information which will have a material impact on the performance of a company's stock.

Regards,

Ron
