Mr bmart, That doesn't have anything to do with the talk we were having about RMIL. But I hope for the honest investors in aznts sake the cleansing of the market doesn't include the cleaning out of their investment.

What we were talking about was your first letter posted on RMIL which you said you stand by. Here is part of what you said:

#reply-5740001
>>>I was told that the market makers have completed the 15-C211s and trading will commence shortly. I was also told that the ten million dollars will be finalized by the end of March.<<<<

Did that come about as you said it would?

zonkie.....

The TRO's must be responded to immediately.

Well, they weren't were they? Not, at least, as I understand the meaning of the word "immediately".

And I'd also like to know how a "temporary restraining order" can compel a definitive and permanent action on the part of any or all of the defendents.

bmart, we agree! <s>

Mr. Zonkie,
The TRO's must be responded to immediately.

Based on posts that there actually is a TRO, then the company, AZNT showed significant cause to have a TRO ordered in their favor.
