The TA people would consider that "not good". Hardly a show stopper though.

Hi Charliss,

The fact that there was not more profit taking at the close was a VERY good sign IMO. It's been a while since I've seen HDIE make a 20% 1-day move and stay there. Of course, we will really know in just a few hours.

Chris

Weak show today would've fit easily into the current down-trending channels; weaker tops & bottoms since April. I was actually looking for a dip to 2 13/16 with a rebound to 3 1/2 as a trade. After last Thursday it could've gone either way, as indicators were split. Price went up, of course. We'll see if today's strength is enough to bust up through the current channels and hold for a trend reversal. It'll take some time for a new trend to be confirmed, probably 2+ weeks.

Don't know the reason for the run, but if the move is unsubstantiated by fundies we should slide sub-$3 again.

Before ya comment Dave F, I know where you're coming from, and long term HDIE looks great. I'm just commenting on the statistics within a very short term (traders?) window. Currently holding no HDIE shares.
