I can't wait to buy one. If MP3 gets changed to disallow pirating, it will just permit commercial content, which can only help the product. If Liquid Audio wins the standards war, it's probably pretty easy to just change the software to play that instead, or even better, both. The biggest thing this product needs is a removable memory card or more memory to allow people to choose how much playback time they are willing to pay for.
