DJ; RE:" Run those Presses " >the head of Germany's Ifo economic research institute said on Monday he saw no room for Germany to cut interest rates ahead of the launch of European economic and monetary union on January 1... damn, ultra-conservative Germans want to establish their anti-inflation credentials for the Euro. damn, ultra-conservative American Republicans will not allow us to invest in infrastructure (ie., bandwidth, genome projects, etc) while we sit on a friggin' surplus during a global deflationary contraction. maybe they will pass a tax-cut, and keep the disposable income of the American consumer going. arrrghhhh ! -Steve
