How would the President be viewed if he completely spilled his guts when first asked if he ever had sex with Monica?

Your logic is a rationalization. Monica was barely adult. This is a statistical lie. To put her on equal footing with a man touted as occupying the most influential and powerful position on earth by the mere fact that she is of legal age borders on the absurd. However you studiously avoided the issues that Monica was less than half his age, a generational peer of the Clinton's daughter, and that while Monica was certainly "free" to seek a mating opportunity, Clinton had already presumably committed binding oaths of loyalty in marriage to someone else. Moreover the breaking of that vow reflects in part the contempt and distain he has for other vows including his vow to uphold the laws of this great land - his oath of office. He is an embarrassment to all rationally thinking Americans and a real threat to the rule of law that underlies the greatness of this country.
