s&p trading at 1026.00................and phil. .......i would have to agree clinton has been ill served by his counsel. notwithstanding the fact that i am sure kendall was in an unenviable position, i.e. his client withheld vital information, their focus is almost as unwise as was starr's superfluous excesses. contrition is at odds with their rebuttal strategy, and cross purposes eventually collide. the other aspect, of course, is the loose cannon theory, as well as hillary's co-counseling.... i simply can't believe it was all kendall's idea. (saddened) flick
