ATG, With JAPAN bouncing 2.23%, that was basicly the minimum amount to be expected which I previously felt was at 2.5%. Not extremely strong, but also not conclusive of weakness. Europe is up very strong right now in the UP 2-3% range. Right now the S&P futures are up 4.60 and the DOW futures up 38. That does not appear to be that strong in light of the foreign markets being up so strong. Frankly, I would not have been surprised if I woke up seeing the futures locked limit up. Lets see if it holds.
