1. I was very wrong about this deal going through. 2. FWIW, in pre-market activity, CIEN dropped to 12 3/4, then edged up to 12 7/8, then 13 and now 12 3/4 again. The ask volume was greater than the bid volume at 13, but then dried up and now the bid is greater at 12 3/4. I wonder if this is at/near a bottom? 3. TLAB has moved up to 53 in pre-market activity, it had been at 53 5/8. 4. I'm on hold for the CIEN cc. There is a TLAB cc replay, by the way, at 1-800-633-8284, code 4716955 (the TLAB cc is at 8:30 too, replay about 1 hour later, I think). Gary Korn
