Don: Favors indicates in his note of last eve that "any decline below 7749.67 on a print basis during the first full hour of trading Monday will signal some sort of VERY SHORT TERM pullback has begun. But if the Dow later turns back up and rallies above 7818 or above the prior high for the day, whichever of the two is higher a signal of higher prices VERY SHORT TERM will be given." (emphasis supplied) F also adds that we won't be higher long enough for traders to go long, so he recommends "stock traders and mutual fund switchers" stand aside and let the little rally run its course "and to go short as close to the highs as we can get."
