Wait just a second here bill.I'm not quite sure I understand this .When the economy gets better under Bill Clintion's watch it's Greenspan or some prior Prez [Bush ] who did the dirty work or the Prez has no power to effect the economy Yada Yada. But if things go well while RR is prez he is the "Man of the Century."You know damm well I will expect you to do better than that!What did he do policy wise please,to effect these great changes, other than blow the budget and the national debt out of the water? One could say that he was in the right place at the right time as is often said about BC with regards to the economy. pez
