Barb, please, do not send your checks for 20c out yet. Congress may ask President to pay some 4.4 M $ for Starr's investigation. It may save you as much as 10%, or almost 2c (important sum for any SI discussion) USA Today editorial: usatoday.com "A matter of integrity: Clinton should resign." Rather unusual for "liberal press". Yesterday at Bank. Committee Dem. from Massach. repeatedly asked experts (Gold &S, Mer. Lynch, Prof from Berkley, some others): wouldn't it be nice to cut int rate? (something like that). He did not get an answer.
