<<Let you who has not sinned cast the first stone. >>

I assume you are referring to the passage in the Bible where Jesus says "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" when he was talking to the prostitute at the well and offering her living water. If that's the case, then one must continue with the rest of the message from Jesus, where he forgave the prostitute for her sin and then told her to "go and sin no more". That's the message to Bill Clinton...go and sin no more! GO MEANS RESIGN! He is no longer qualified to be leader of the free world!!!

You are right. However Jesus said this because he knew that the hypocrites who were about to stone the prostitute had probably slept with her and were thus participants in her crime. We are not to judge the heart (i.e. intentions) for we do not know what is in the heart. However the Bible instructs and commands that we condemn and punish sin, otherwise we would be condoning bad behavior and the result would be chaos. Also notice that everyone that was forgiven in the Bible had to make repairs and was administered some sort of punishment. For someone in authority, God was even more severe. And the Bible says that God does not change- so his standards remain even though those of humankind follow their desires.
