With regard to options, clearly important to motivate employees.
We will take a hard look at that over next few weeks.

this will be a key thing to watch for. Any resetting of employee options., without an associated share buyback program, will mean even more dilution to earnings.

If CIEN truly has confidence in the future, some of $200M cash (I thought it was $300M???) should be used for a buyback.
