Mark, you may have gotten out of your JMAR too early. X-ray lithography is just a cover program that is funding the development of their Brightlight technology that has as much potential for JMAR as XRL. JMAR also has a semiconductor unit that is soon to become profitable. And of course JMAR's core business in the precision instrument market, and especially MR head inspection stations for the hard drive industry is growing rapidly and providing good earnings even in these uncertain times. Their main customer IBM is doing a big business in MR heads. They are the undisputed leader and are OEM to many other hard drive makers. Hovering near a 2 year low due to market conditions, I feel that JMAR is a bargain. Here are some of the positives that I feel make JMAR a buy here:

* Recent insider buying (April and June)
* Share buyback announced
* $13 million Darpa contract awarded to JMAR
* JMAR featured stock in Savvy Investor
* Bank Credit Line expanded to $6 million at prime rate
* JMAR's market cap less than 40 million
* Conference call on Thursday
* JMAR has warrants
* Semiconductor Division soon to announce substantial contracts
* Excellent Balance Sheet
* Stock near 2 year low

Mark,
I was just going to post that I am surprised by the Jmar announcement in that I know of no head/media/DD mfg in South America.
Best,
Stitch
