This week may be a bit aggressive, but, we should certainly hear something by the end of the month. A consent decree seems most likely ,but when is a decision due on the T/TCOMA deal?? Hopefully, this deal moves forward in tandem with the FOX IPO due in early October, great publicity. Sources tell me Merrill's Tom Watts thinks it's a 12 stock with a deal. He recommended(with a strong buy) the stock in the past and then went restricted, now it's on review. He won't recommend the stock again until deal is in hand. This story has been a loser, but if the stars align there's some serious $$ to be made.
