So Bmart, let me understand what you are saying here (or rather what the company is telling you to say here). By claiming their is no binding arbitration agreement between Wellrich & AZNT, your claim is that Wellrich's letter for payment to the Arbitrator is a complete and utter fabrication and evidence of a deliberate fraud on their part??? Your basically saying that Wellrich just typed up a letter with the intent of distributing to others in order to create a false impression that AZNT is under binding arbitration...
