Gator, you're full of s**t!! JAWS Yahoo board has not been shut down. Check any of the big message boards on Yahoo this morning, they all have stopped recording posts at approximately 8:55am ET today.

Or are you telling us that MSFT and DELL have also been shut down by Yahoo? Nice try... later Gator!!!

Gator, how did you confirm the fact the Yahoo has canned the thread?

Re: the audited financials, there is no way in hell that this co. can wait a year to file with SEC and to publish audited financials. The SEC filing should be coming very soon as per the company.

Seems no one is biting on that low bid price at the moment.
