Probably he'll continue to say that under the terms of the ruling that emerged from last Thursday's court hearing, the defendants will have to cover their shorts "immediately". Heartstopping action today, eh? Look at 'em scramble. Think JBOX is in there buying buying buying?

Mr. Mitchell, Are you performing damage control? Again, to clarify for you. There was no "arbitration hearing" and no "judgement". You promised to post documentation of such. It appears Wellrich cannot provide it to you, why? They provided you with the irrelevant materials you posted today, didn't they? I suggest they can't provide them to you because they don't exist. Even more questionable is why they would choose individuals who bash BB stocks several hours a day to be the ones to share those irrelvant materials with us, are they that desperate? You and Ms. Shell apparently are. RB
