Uh-oh. And YOU talk about "desperation". I always giggle when hypesters begin to "hope" the stock'll go lower. I find they usually get their wish.

But I'm still puzzled: thought all that short covering was to begin "immediately". Well, that's what you've been SAYING for the last four days. I've asked before: does "immediately" have a different meaning for you than it does for me?

IMO, I really hope it goes to $1 or below

OK, I think I can help you get your wish.

First sell. Then, get all your friends to sell. Then come on this board and say you've changed your mind and you now think AZNT is a scam and that you urge others to sell. This way you'll have gotten out before the crowd and will be able to buy back in at a much lower price. Isn't that how the pros do it? Are you not a pro?

Sir,
Where are you going to buy them? Have not you repeatedly stated that the volume indicates "that there are no shares on the street" and even alluded that what trading that there is might involve illegal shares? Has something changed that view?

So are you still saying that there was no arbitration? At the very least these posted documents suggest, though do not definitively, as we do not have a video of Michael Sylver actually signing them, that there was :

1. A solicitation to sell shares by AZNT.

2. The solicitation was for restricted shares.

3. The restrictions on these shares were subject to a 1 year wait.

4. That Wellrich was involved in helping to get these shares to investors. (See post #0.)

5. That AZNT has likely had a disagreement over payment for Wellrich's efforts.

So BMart I guess you can continue to fight a rear guard action, firing and retreating in sequence about this Arbitration, but when the posting comes with the image of the judgement for all to see, you are going to be out of ammo.

bmart, are you stating that all 4,000,000 shares had already been sold and the parties retained zero of them? I am seperating the 4,000,000 from the borrowed shares.

4.4MM+ shares must be bought and returned to the TA.
