Because of Y2K spending issues & flat seq. growth concerns, PSFT should trade in the 30s in the short-term(pre-earnings). I cannot see it going above 39-40 before earnings, no matter where NAZ goes. Longer-term(one-year), it could be at its 52-wk high if they manage to compensate for softness in app. sales by focussing on consulting services(integration) which they are expanding rapidly. Clint
