IMO, 5-10% max...personally, I think the real answer is zero,
but I don't think it's right to deal with absolutes. Who
knows what can come up.

IMO, if it were to happen, it would be at minimum of $50.
There is just no incentive at anything even remotely lower.
COMS is on it's way to turning around, so it should be given
credit for that. The time to buy for less was about 4-5 months ago.
$50 is dirt cheap, and I personally wouldn't be interested
in the slightest. I would think the investor's that much
of the investor's that are interested are those that
want to recoup losses from buy at much higher last year.
