Could you please expound on this statement ...

<<<You won the arbitration matter, now step up to the plate and answer this question and only this question.>>>

Who won what arbitration statement? Are you saying that everyone who claimed such an arbitration 'hearing' was indeed lying? Was there such a hearing ... a legitimate hearing with both parties participating and bound by the outcome, or was it all a fabrication? If the latter, why was the effort expended to make it appear that there was a hearing with results that were negative insofar as AZNT was concerned>

Actually I think posting the cancelled check and any other documents you may consider relevant would be a good idea. You won't, of course, persuade bmart to change his mind, but others, more intelligent, may be convinced.

Mr. Jahid,
Lets make the Wellrich story very clear, first off, What is your current relationship with Mr. Shurr? Was Mr. Shurr an employee of Wellrich from 2/97 to 5/97? Was Mr. Shurr dealing securities for Wellrich? After Mr. Shurr left Wellrich, was Wellrich able to legally act as a brokerage? Who provided Wellrich their lead lists? Where is the Sept. 10th judgement that Ms. Shell & Mr. Mitchell suggests, on your behalf it appears, exists? Was their a binding contract with AZNT after 5/97? Answer these questions and we can move on to discovering the truth between Wellrich ans AZNT.
BTW, you don't seem to be concerned about the hype and speculation that Mr. Mitchell and Ms. Shell have spread about AZNT on your behalf? Why doesn't that concern you? Why have you chosen SI as a forum for "litigating" this as opposed to a court of law?

Sarab, just think of bmart as comic relief. Of course if he libeled me, perhaps I wouldn't be laughing as much as I am.

Good luck getting him to answer your questions. You'd have better luck drawing blood from a stone.

"....Ok, Mr. Bmart for the sake of embarrassment let's just say there was not
arbitration. We are the liars and you are the defender of truth. Since
you are the defender of truth, explain this. In a previous post you said
that WellRich pocketed monies and shares. WellRich does not own any
shares of AZNT and that can be confirmed by the transfer agent. Also,
how could WellRich have pocketed monies when all monies were sent to
AZNT? As the defender of truth I ask that you answer these questions
please. You won the arbitration matter, now step up to the plate and
answer this question and only this question....."

Mr. Jihad,
Thank you for informing us that the "arbitration" & "judgement" contentions were , indeed, fabricated.
Now, to address your questions, with the hope you will finally respond to mine;
Wellrich called potenial investors from a lead list supplied by AZNT. Mr. Shurr left Wellrich 5/97. After that date there was no one at Wellrich that could deal securities. From the lead list Wellrich procured an investor for stock. Wellrich expected a commission fee (that is why they are buisness, is it not? ), Since Mr. Shurr had left Wellrich, they were not legally licensed to deal securities, hence no contract, hence, no arbitration, hence no commissions. No contracts, no contracts to break.
I hope you will respond to my questions now.
