CNBC reports that Ralph Illmakeyoupoorer changes colors again. Says 9/1 probably the short-term bottom, now in a trading range 7500 - 8100, DOW could strongly rally above 8100, and possible retest of 7500 low maybe in October. Within minutes after reporting this the DOW was up almost 50 points! Smith is a monster! I took a point and sold, but it keeps on chugging! DO going nowhere, there has been some size on the ask (30,000). No banks yet, is NB a regionl or money center?
