that's exactly how it works. CyberTrader is working great with DIRECTPC! Of course, i would still recommend ADSL or cable modems if you have it, but the majority of us won't see either for a while.

One note, i tried installing the DIRECTPC software on NT and it was a nightmare. Wouldn't recommend that! Switched to WIN98 and my download is now 400K. The stock boxes load (Dell) in less than 2 seconds and there doesn't appear to be any delay (unless the PC Quote feed is delayed).

It's a new product but appears to work great. Expect some installation problems if you have NT or some graphic boards which haven't been upgraded. But, so far, i'm a happy man!!!!!

P.S. you must have an unobstructed view of the satellite, which unless you live in a hole or are surrounded by very tall trees or other buildings, should work in most places. Seattle area is Southeast at 32 degrees above the horizon.
