Damn good point, Tom. I'd have to say TLAB -- which I heretofore thought was an incredible company -- just joined my list of "untouchables" due to dishonest management. The Street should beat that message into them, as they did with ASND last year. If any company insiders sold on the uptick today, they should go to prison.

I don't understand....ticker news (on AOL FGS!!) about flat 3rd quarter was out before TLAB conference call....also all over CNBC this morning. I assume TLAB is discussing 3q & 4q expectations WITHOUT CIEN numbers at this point...a recalculation, if you will.
What am i missing?
