Rare, I'm glad to hear you're optimistic about MO, but I still remain cautious that a break-out will occur only when a settlement is announced. It appears that the charts expect a breakout, and that news re: the settlement is the event to trigger the technical breakout. Then, perhaps, we will finally see MO's price approach a fairer value. I think its about time we turned this mother out, and I'm happy to see that Mighty MO is beginning to attract some new investors, or is it that we all just sent in *really* BIG checks for the DRIP this month?

Besides, I needed some good news after suffering the worst one-day loss ever in my portfolio when 12 satellites went boom and two companies I own dropped 40% and 25% respectively.

Either way, I hope its onward and upward for Big MO...

Rare: I'm still short the puts..these are obviously shorts I don't want to cover, and I don't expect to..I'm short the Oct 40's and the Sept 42.5..looking to take short position in the Oct 42.5 perhaps on the next pullback..Good luck
