Looks to me like they are trading together pretty tightly. Sometimes there is some lag between a movement in one and a movement in the other, but it always eventually works it's way out. I suppose this would be an arb's dream, if it weren't that both stocks are so thin.

The deal is not final until it has regulatory approval and approval of ESVS shareholders. In the mean time, ZULU apparently holds convertable preferred shares in ESVS, while ESVS now holds the assets of ZULU.

Odd, but that's what the companies say. Who knows what happens if the deal is not approved. Could be very messy.

Ken, I think it's the market makers making the adjustment. It will always be 10 to one. The only way for Zulu to rise is if ESVS rises.
