John, go back to the chart you referenced and change the time period from 60 to 40 months. GE and IBM are identical. GE just had a flat spot in 1994, but after that they have the same growth rate as IBM. Now add Dell to the chart and see the dramatically different growth rate.

I wasn't talking about GE or INTC I was talking about DELL and CPQ and IBM.

Now that's what I mean. I'm hoping that dell can stay nimble and not have to restructure like CPQ and IBM have done.
