Looking over Information Packet on CLCK I was sent. Things look very good as you say.

On ALYA it is rare to see a young company in the OTC:BB who has such clean books and records, with audited fs from commencement of business and thorough and comprehensive notes, to being accountable for alot of the share status, with early financing tied up in S. 144, andevery single release even for 5000 shares are microscopically recorded(No more 144's are being sold). Some hype companies can create and move paper almost out of thin air with no regard to proper recording or filing.
ALYA is doing everything right not for OTC:BB but for their ambition to facilitate their entry into the small cap.
