Hi David,
I live in Silicon Valley, CA. I have been staying here for couple of years and just like many others tired of paying ever increasing rents. I have been in two minds about buying a home, but scared with exhorbitant real estate prices here.

Just had couple of questions for you,
- Do you think real estate prices will go up further or stabilize for another 5 to 6 years, if so, I am better off buying a home ?
- Do you know of any site where I can find good real estate charts, so I can analyze the next up/down swings ?
- Since I was too young in 1990, and have not seen many bearish markets (just like many of young people out here), what will be your sage advice, to buy a home or to wait for atleast couple of years.

Thanking you in advance,
Amit
