Isn't MRVC supposed to be on a road show to prospective new investors this week? Anyone know how/if it's going?

My feeling is that something is going on. Even allowing for managements incompetency, they have been remarkably silent. The delay of the shareholders meeting could hopefully portend a deal, which I believe is our only hope. Or it could portend more problems, accounting, etc., which would finish the stock off. I am trying to verify that the road show is still on. I also hear that a group called Provident has filed to buy 5%, and that these guys are bottom fishers who will attempt to put the company in play. Again I think the only hope is a buyout, and it's hard to believe these guys can't see that at this point. I don't believe there is any longer any hope of a viable independent existence. There are so many people like us waiting to bail that any substantial upward movement seems highly unlikely. SF
