Benny, you're on the money, the disparity between these two releases is really telling! No synergy there; just everybody attempting to further their own agenda. I'd say that Citi certainly has the upper hand in that, it would seem, as an Integrion owner, they still have Integrion/CF in their hip pocket as a fallback. MSFDC on the other hand just precluded themselves from gaining any support from other financial institutions.

Hopefully the Citi-Integrion deal has some ownership buyout provisions that can be enforced when an owner breaches its fiduciary responsibilities vis-a-vis the company.

>>> You would think that TransPoint would do one common press release, instead of a MS version and a Citi version. Looks like Citi and MS ego's are already clashing. <<<

This squabbling sure looks like it will make customer service a real B$%#ch.

Benny, I tried to listen to the Florida CKFR conference call. It was virtually impossible to understand - but I kept holding on. And I caught the words "AOL" from Pete Kight's discussion several times. I couldn't understand what he said about AOL though. Could you fill us in? Does CKFR want a partnership? Can CKFR be used via AOL for CKFR banks that also appear on AOL? Note that BoA (California) is on the AOL site. Do you think that the full, new, merged NationsBank/BoA will appear on AOL? If Quicken is used by banks on the AOL site, doesn't CKFR get used automatically? Or are AOL and CKFR competitors completely? Thanks, Beverly
